Printer

The Printer settings page lets you configure your receipt printer for use with the POS system.

Configuration​

Set up your printer with the following options:

  • Printer ID: The unique identifier for the printer.
  • Header: Custom text that appears at the top of every receipt (e.g., your store name, address, phone number).
  • Footer: Custom text that appears at the bottom of every receipt.
  • Name: The name of the printer device.
  • Driver: Select the connection type — USB is the primary supported option.
  • Printer: Configure the printer port/device.

Tips​

  • Test your printer after configuration by running a sample receipt from the POS.
  • Keep your header concise — it appears on every receipt and label.
  • If the printer isn't responding, verify the driver selection and printer match your hardware setup.
